I met Lizzi and Geoff through my involvement with Pacific Pug Rescue, so when it came time to shoot their engagement session, we knew that their adorable pug Cosmo had to be part of the show. We headed to Astoria on an absolutely gorgeous afternoon to wander around the wharf, ogle some sea lions, and, finally, finished up the day on the beach.

Gorgeous view from up at the Astoria Column…

Can’t resist the moony pug face…

Congratulations, you two! Can’t wait for the wedding next year in Kona, HI. So excited to be part of their day!

Everyone who knows me knows that I have a thing for pugs. In fact, since Jeremy and I adopted our second pug Tyson a few months ago, we can officially be termed pug people. Going through Pacific Pug Rescue for both of our pugs allowed us to get the breed we wanted while helping out a dog that truly needed a good home. I can’t say enough good things about adopting from them – they’ve been a wealth of information and support.
Since March I have been volunteering my time and photography by taking pictures of all of the pugs that PPR has up for adoption. Having been on the other side of the process, I know the importance a good picture can make when thinking of a prospective pet. I’m so proud to be a small part of helping these sweet little dogs find their forever homes.

Oh my goodness…how sweet is Sally? Her smiling was so contagious. Such a personality!

Go check out all of these adorable pugs and more at Pacific Pug Rescue.
